Intelligent political monitoring and analysis from an experienced team

Charles Fletcher

Prior to founding Navigate Politics, Charles led the Government Affairs function for one of Europe’s largest aerospace manufacturers. He worked for a number of Members of Parliament in the lead up to and during the early years of the Coalition Government, including in the Shadow Cabinet and then Cabinet. He is an avid hiker and cricketer; but will freely admit that, however keen, he is a dreadful batsman.

Andrew Niblett

Andrew joined Navigate in 2018, after completing a Master’s degree in Conflict, Security and Development at the University of Exeter, following an undergraduate degree in Economics and Politics, also at Exeter. At Navigate he primarily leads on work relating to the transport and defence industries. A keen sports fan, Andrew can often be found watching Brighton & Hove Albion, or turning his hand to bowling, mini golf, or the driving range.

Tom Blake

Having completed an undergraduate degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Sheffield and a Master’s degree in International Political Economy from the University of Birmingham, Tom joined Navigate in 2021. He has a strong interest in international affairs and security, and enjoys work relating to the defence and energy sectors. Alongside work Tom relishes improving his historical knowledge, and is a keen cook and tennis fan.

Imogen Hind

Imogen joined Navigate in 2022 having studied her Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Global Political Economy at the University of Leeds. She enjoys working in sectors relating to renewable energy sources and restoring greener spaces, alongside international aid to help countries mitigate climate effects. Outside work, Imogen enjoys running around a hockey pitch (attempting to play), finding new recipes to cook and exploring new coffee shops.

Sophia Jordan

After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Marist College and a Master’s degree in Politics and Communications from the London School of Economics, Sophia joined Navigate in August of 2023. With a specific interest in environmental policy and human rights, her work at Navigate focuses on housing and transport policy. As the lone American, she enjoys spending her free time studying up on British pop culture references.

Emily Oldham

Emily joined the Navigate team in 2023, having graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in history. With some experience working in the global mobility field, she has a keen interest in international affairs and immigration, but also enjoys working with policy relating to the environment, education and health. Outside of work she loves cooking and, of course, watching a good rom-com.

India Willsher

India joined Navigate in April 2025, after completing a Master’s degree in Politics and Communication at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Prior to this, she completed a bachelors degree in American Studies at the University of Manchester, with a year abroad at Freie Universität Berlin. At Navigate, she works across financial services, energy, environment and retail clients. In her free time, she loves running, swimming and indulging in her guilty pleasure of reality tv.

Rebecca Williams

Rebecca joined Navigate in 2025, after graduating with a degree in history from the University of Nottingham. She has experience working on European urban transport projects, with a focus on sustainability, which has shaped her interest in how policy can support infrastructure and mobility. At Navigate, Rebecca primarily works across the transport and defence sectors. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, walking, and exploring new places.

Ghillie

The self-appointed Chief Morale Officer, Ghillie’s enthusiasm and determination to succeed has seen him hit career heights others only dream of. A fan of hot desking, he chooses a laissez-faire approach to where he sits and what he does in the office. Outside working hours he can be found in a local park or wood covered in mud, or destroying the latest ‘indestructible’ toy purchased for him at great expense.
